What app do I need to download?

Once you have picked your workout guide you will need to download the Trainerize app to receive your workouts.

How do I pick my charity?

You will select the charity you would like to support on your initial client form. If you do not choose a charity your funds will go to the featured charity of the month of which you made your purchase. If you would like to change the charity you support please contact our support team.

How do I receive my nutrition guide?

You can access your nutrition guide both from the training app and from a PDF version that will emailed to you.

How do I cancel my account

Your account will automatically expire after the last day of the month of your workout guide unless you are in the "All Inclusive" reocurring package. For the "All Inclusive" package please contact our support team or your trainer to cancel your membership.
